Funny thing is I'm spending some time with a professor of
something other than anthropology who is totally addicted
to television. She claims that it is the most important
manifestation of culture available to the public these
days. I of course say, if that's culture, I don't need any.

To give them credit, they don't have much of a nasty
taste and aftertaste. Are you, too, by any chance a
supertaster as some others here are?

Any number of explanations, none of them natural in the
common usage of the word, but which might be correct isn't
really in the realm of this echo.

I forget now if I even tasted the stuff, so it couldn't
possibly have been all that interesting.

It generally adheres to the old doggerel formula
One of sour and two of sweet,
Three of strong and four of week.

Bunny's banana daquiri
category: booze, ingredients only
servings: 1

Jamaican rum
spiced rum
overproof rum
coconut liqueur
banana
lime 
nutmeg

Guessed at instructions: combine liquors to
taste, perhaps 3/4 oz of each; blend with
1/2 banana and lime juice and crushed ice 
to taste Strain into large cocktail glass
and serve with lime wedge and a sprinkle 
of nutmeg.
