'Twas...  :)   Another place that, should we have extra time with you
sometime, you might want to try...  :)

Yeah, I know... once you've had Fu's, there's a benchmark that no one
else quite seems to meet... ;)  I know there are decent sushi places in
the Phoenix Valley, we've had the opportunity to try some, while the kid
still lived out there...
