=============
Hi Ruth,

>> A 3/4 lb tub of peanut butter from Wegman's lasts us a week.. maybe..
>> (g) Ron says "minimally" :)

> You have more people dipping into it than are in our household so I can
> see why it goes fast.

And eating it more often as well.. it's a snack, cookie ingredient, and
sometimes dinner sub when chicken is served (G) - really, everytime I make
chicken, that's what my son eats instead of dinner (sometimes he'll eat the
veggies served though). My mom told me years ago that Grandpa and Uncle Ralph
were the the same way... Uncle Ralph used to hold up the chicken piece to the
light to see how much fat was in that piece. That always cracked me up since I
love chicken.

>>> I'm sure. I think it was about 20 years ago that Ron and I stopped
>>> putting any sugar in our coffee.. before that we used to drink coffee
>>> "light and sweet".. the thought of that now feels ick :) Certainly

>> That's interesting.. Tea we drink as is, nothing added. When someone

> My folks never drank hot tea

Neither did mine.. Once in a while Mom would buy a container of nestle Instant
Tea mix, but hardly ever.. Dad _loved_ Iced coffee in the summer ... he drank
it with a normal amount of milk and sugar. Mom rarely drank coffee, maybe cup
in the morning, and most times she didn't finish it. For warm drinks,
generally Dad drank coffee.. Mom.. geez, she didn't drink coffee or tea much
come to think of it, except for that small amount of coffee in the morning. I
generally drink maybe two or three cups of coffee during the day.. sometimes
I'll have a cup of tea later in the evening.

I guess part of our drinking tea with nothing in it is because we just like the
taste of the tea. Then too, there's the general problem with "sugary"
additions that we both just have no taste for..

> Teavana (expensive!), loose tea, in the one local mall a few weeks ago.

We find them at Wegman's generally, in their tea section. I don't think we've
ever been to a tea specialty shop.

>> > We'll have to see it sometime.

>> Would be good :) It's a large kitchen, but probably not as large as

Yep, maybe you can swing by here.

Believe me, slide-outs make it about impossible to store a whole lot :)

It's still impractical for me (and belive me she had all sorts of variations of
height, etc.) because you can only fit one large toy on a slide out.. Maybe
over here it's a matter of the number of cabinets, I'm not sure :):)

Take care,
Janis
