At least he passed it.  Hopefully a hopeful sign...

Maybe if he has closer to flying colors the next time they will rescind
that requirement, if it's true...

One does have to think through the potential repercussions... :)  Not
all that likely that the public transport system would be built up in
anticipation of more ridership... in the interim, there might be more
carpooling going on... as long as enough people still passed the
testing...  :)

Some places, it's mandatory for people over a certain age, say 70 or so,
to be retested to make sure that they still have the right reflexes for
driving... most places, it's only being talked about... :)
