Perhaps the "native" ones were likewise shipped... and maybe the tiny
Canary would have had enough taste to make up for the size...?

I'm sure that feed has something to do with the flavor...

I'm actually a bit surprised it washed here, as there is also a sizeable
chunk of population here as well without access, at least as they see
it... true it's available at the library, but that doesn't make that
much of a difference with a large part of the geriatric population (and
other segments)...  But it's somewhat of the same part and parcel as
Wegmans deciding that their little "right-sized" stores weren't needed
by anyone (that they cared about thinking about, anyway)... but they
didn't ask us, or even the employees of the smaller stores that really
preferred that size store...

Your presence isn't sufficiently sufficient to not need the telly...? 
Just Say No is my usual response to tv of any sort, except for when
trapped...  ;)
