Good policy.  :)  If mentioning it doesn't make a difference, one can
always find somewhere else to go...

They'd better be at least passibly good, since what comes out of the
kitchen has a lot to do with customers sticking around...  :)  Hopefully
the "open auditions" will turn up some good keepers... :)

Absolutely nothing that connected with the reality at hand, eh...?  One
would hope for better than that...  :)

You might want to at least mention the sensitivity to them... it might
not be enough for them to not use it, but if there's a substitute, they
might want to use that instead...  And if it gets worse next time,
you'll have definite grounds for suspecting allergy there...
