That's what I thought, but I wasn't always sure which of those would end up 
in a commissary.  Sasebo's is apparently fairly small.

I made mac and cheese tonight from pepper jack.  It ended up milder than I 
was expecting, which isn't the worst that could happen.

The cooks can only go by the recipes given, so it's not their fault.
