Mine is a paperback copy of the 10th edition, also revised by Wilma Lord
Perkins (Fannie's niece).  My then (almost) 14-y-o sister gave it to me
for my 21st birthday, properly inscribed, lest I forget such important
details... ;)  My copy of Joy of Cooking and my copy of NYT Natural
Foods Cookbook are both from about 1972... Those three, with my
childhood cookbooks are probably the general ones I've used the most... 
I have a few other specialty ones that get called on when needed... :) 
(And lots others that mostly sit on the shelf looking pretty... [G])

I have something similar, don't know which edition, probably got it in
the 70's though... never really used it.

The three cookbooks I was given before I was 12 (don't remember exactly
when, but I used them to plan out the meals I cooked all day for my 12th
birthday..) are undoubtedly the oldest ones I have.  One of them is
Betty Crocker's Cookbook for Boys and Girls (didn't actually check but
its date has to be in the 50's).  I still have all three, in reasonably
good condition, on my shelf to be checked from time to time...  :)
