Like I said.  Scratch that idea.

Doubled.  A friend of mine had that happen.  Bleeding ulcers you don't
need.  
Acute gastritis either.  That's another nasty that can happen with NSAIDS. 
Can you at least go outside and bake in 90F heat?  Anything that gets 
natural endorphins flowing is good at this point.

Good idea.  I was thinking the back of the leg or the back of your neck,
but 
if nerve tissue is inflamed ice is probably better.
