Welcome. I notice that others have been taking care of you
pretty well, so I'll let them continue to do so. If I should
post any replies to you in the future, I'll try to make sure
that the ontopicizers at the bottom are recipes for something
you could eat. For low sodium, just cut out any added salt;
low-calorie requires more thought.

If you sampled most of the recipes we, especially Dirty Dave Drum,
post, you wouldn't lose any weight, I gar-on-tee.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.07

      Title: Peachy-Strawberry Toast Topper
 Categories: Dessert, breakfast
   Servings: 40

  1 1/2 c  Fresh peaches, prepared
    1/2 c  Fresh strawberries, prepared
    1/2 c  Cold water
      1 tb Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Cold water
      2 ts Liquid artificial sweetener*
      2 ts Unflavoured gelatine

  * Brand of liquid sweetener is not specified.  Most common one in Canada
  (SugarTwin) uses 1/4 ts = 1 ts sugar.

  Prepare peaches:  Blanch by plunging into boiling water for up to 1 minute,
  then into cold water.  Remove skin.  Cut into small pieces.

  Prepare strawberries:  Wash, remove hulls, cut into small pieces.

  Place fruits in heavy saucepan with 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.  Bring
  to a boil, simmer gently for about 8 min, stirring often.  Meanwhile soften
  gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.  Remove fruit mixture from heat. Stir in
  gelatine and artificial sweetener.  Pour into jam jars. Refrigerate.
