Here's something that may help ... I have a set of stuff I take in the morning
- BP med, Diabetes med, Pee pill, and a multi-vitamin. And another set I take
at night. So, I was down the drug store and bought one of those compartmented
boxes with two rows of seven compartments. I can look at the box and if the
pills for (whatever day) are still in there I need to take them. Otherwise I
have already done that and forgot. It's easy to keep track that way.

http://tinyurl.com/MY-PILL-BOX will take you to what I use. There are also
single row boxes for those who take their stuff once a day. Many drug-stores
carry these deals so you don't have to resort to eBay - that's just where I
found the picture of the one I own. Bv)=

JC> LOL, since you brought it up, everyone knows that Chili is supposed to
JC> have Beans in it. :) HAHA Don't want to really flare anything up, but
JC> I'm sure someone will have a comment or two, and heck, I couldn't
 JC> resist myself! haha!

I know some Texans who would argue that point - loudly and fervently. While
ladling pinto beans into their bowl of red. The beans should not be cooked
(from dry) in the chilli as that will ruin both the chilli and the beans. Beans
or No Beans is a personal option. Just remember that chilli was pretty much
invented by trail cooks using red chilies to cover the off taste of beef that
had been too long without refrigeration. The staple of trail cooking was beans
..... and if you think that beans were not used to stretch out the beef
available -- then I have a good deal for you on this bridge across the
Verrazano Narrows (the Brooklyn Bridge having been sold so many times that a
clear title is in doubt).
