Fortunately your brother is not the only contributor. And his "efforts" 
are as subject to revision, correction and deletion as anyone else's on 
Wikipedia.

Not if there was a disclaimer given anywhere in the call. Is overheard 
speech (whether electronic or verbal) truly copyrightable? As "common 
law" copyright, that is. Certainly speech is legally, mit der forms 
submitted, etc. protectable.

Besides, unless you have been living with your head buried in the sand 
up to your waist you will know that there is no reasonable expectation 
of privacy anywhere/when/how in this overly connected age.

So, as I preface many calls these days, "F(bomb) the NSA".

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Sneaker Chicken (Private)
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Mushrooms, Wine, Herbs
      Yield: 5 servings

      4 lb Chicken; whole
      1 lg Onion; sliced thin
    1/2 lb Portabella mushroom; sliced
      4 cl Garlic; mashed
      3 tb Dry oregano; crushed
      1 c  Dry red wine

  Preheat oven to 375øF/190øC.

  Layer onions, mushrooms, garlic and oregano in heavy pot
  with cover.
   
  Place chicken, breast up, on vegetable. Pour wine over.

  Move pot to cooktop. On low, begin heating contents.

  Depending on chicken size, in 15 to 30 minutes, turn
  chicken over and cover pot. When oven is ready, transfer
  pot to middle rack. Roast 90 minutes without removing lid.

  Check for doneness.

  When chicken is done, remove to serving platter, cover
  and let rest.
  
  Return pot to cooktop, simmer sauce down to desired
  consistency.
  
  Skim fat.
  
  Serve sauce beside chicken.
