Sad to see (hear?) most of them go. Wonder if ones like the Hawaiian

Every single dish is going too far but the occaisional one may be worth
it. Steve took pictures of some of the buffets in Israel, just to
remember the sheer amounts/variety of foods on them. He also took a
picture of the one dip thing we had at Dimitri's with Gail & Dale, to
help jog his memory in recreating it.

You did that at Sam Choy's BL&C the first time we met you.

I don't really remember those but it was a good thick book. There were
introductory (to what, I don't remember) sections, followed by recipies.
