Steve used to say that working a night shift made him feel permanently
(at least for the time he worked it) jet lagged. When we were in Berlin,
for a couple of years he'd do two months of day and swing shifts,
followed by a month of nights. He'd get home after the girls left for
school, do some puttering or run around, then go to bed before they came
home. Then he'd get up an hour or so before supper and go to work after
they went to bed. I'd either pack him a meal or he'd get one in the 24
hour dining facility.

Sounds like you're eating well. Don't know if I would have tried the
bugs (reading your previous post) but that's your (and my) choice.

Both markets sounded like they would have been interesting to wander
thru. Completly different character to them, which added to the interest
I presume.
