Similar... an incompletely repaired rectocele, and a hopefully healed
imbilical hernia I don't want to overtax...  I'm allowed 20 in a pinch,
but I find that 15 is often pushing it... especially if it's at all
far...  But one learns to live with (and work around) one's limits... :)
