I've got the general idea. Most of my too long naps are jet lag related
which produces its own set of wierd sleep experiences.

Constantly changing shifts are no fun, especially if you want to have
some sort of normal semblence to family life. A steady shift, if it's
days, swings, or mids, is much better in that regard.

 RH> OK, I'll amend it to "not wanting to knowingly" eat bugs.

Lobster or crayfish type bugs? Those I can deal with, insect ones, not
so much.
