Just pull one out, defrost and heat. I've got a number of different
things in the freezer like that. Did the beef & barley soup last week
that way, had some for supper tonight.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, shrimp scampi, heavy on the garlic sounds good. I looked
at some frozen yesterday but passed, for several reasons.

 DD>   Preheat oven to 350øF/175øC.

 DD>   Spread shrimp in the bottom of a casserole dish and top

 DD>   base, scallion and spices in a large saucepan and cook
 DD>   over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken, stirring
 DD>   constantly. Pour over the shrimp and spinach and top with
 DD>   cheese. Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes until bubbly.

Looks easy enough, and yummy.
