  I am fine.  I was actually surprised to see this news item.  I spent
a commercial trying to figure out which city in the world was number
"1" on this list..no city would want to be on.

I thought it might even be Toronto.  They drive more and more business
out of the city then whine in their money snatch.

Is it not the same all over the earth?   Funny thing...

I really do not know about that in Toronto to comment.  But be the same.

Toronto has applied for special status...etc.  Our town, gives Toronto
8million dollars annually as part of our share, which I can not figure
out, as they complain about us, and make it impossible for us to visit
except for a nearly $ 20.00 for two from where I live to there by bus.

All you say above is so similar to what I see here.

Yes...they did that with Doctors here too.  I am not sure if there are
other examples of the same thinking, but ...yes it did work.
