Depends on where you live, I think.  Not all areas are alike.

Family upbringing.  Hmn.  If the ACLU ever found out how my mother raised her
three children, they would have filed suit.  (-:[
In today's society, you can't raise your children without some bleeding heart
getting in the way and that is a plague on our society.

The heat index here is around 110F right now.  It looks like the temps are
going to stay in the mid-to-upper 90s at least for the rest of this month.

I measure mine, as you may recall, by the gallon.

That has to be very close to unbearable.  Docked and under way are so
different, many don't realize what that difference can be in temps.
