Yeah, but I've known a few who weren't that self motivated. They'd wallow
in their sorrow, get fat and crabby.

Although it took nearly two months to get to the point where I could go
back to work, it took longer to get mobile again. But the damage was only
surface, streched muscles will return to normal with excercise,
eventually.

Don't blame you for that. Not being fat allows you to recover sooner.
