My boat trailer had a plate on it that was renewed each year. That was a
tag that was applied to a certain place on the plate. The taxes on the
boat were another story, covered by a personal property tax. The state of
California came up with a new system where you bought a permanent tag for
the trailer that was renewable every ten years. The price was reduced from
$35/year to $10/ten-year period.

That wouldn't stand out as anything special here. We see that all the
time. Especially when someone rents a moving van and a trailer to pull
behind it. The van could have a plate from any of the states and the
trailer could as well. Many are mixed rigs, the van with one state's plate
on it, the trailer with another.

That's ok, I use Mozilla and it will translate the page. Sometimes not
completely and not perfectly.

The government has decided in its wisdom that as from 1 jan 2005 the fog
rear light for all light followers carriages (<751 kg) verplicht is.

Weliswaar heeft zij tevens besloten dat vanwege de zeer gebrekkige
voorlichting er tot juni 2006 een gedoogbeleid zal worden gevoerd maar
