And, so what?  He/She isn;t forced to change content, nationality, religion,

Seems like you ask questions about what hapopened, yet you either parrot others
comments or make suppositions.

From my perspective, one of the biggest issues is that have always been folks
who for whatever reasons find it very difficult to follow rules.

Not really, but you are entitled to your opinion, even if it may not correctly
describe something.

No Robert....I did not create the problem, an incorrect listing and a refusal
to correct the listing for the Science echo created the problem ...please try
to describe things accurately.

Robert, it really doesn;t matter what you think...you do NOT publish the
Echolist, you do NOT offer it as a service....and you most assuredly don't tell
people that you make an effort to produce a list that is accurate.

Not at all....to say that simply shows that either you are not reading things
correctly, not looking at available documentation or grinding an ax.  I have to
suspect it's not the later.
