Very slim, but still possible for the latter. During the former, Mexico
invaded the southern border states.

It's better to sell everything at a profit. If they require weapons, no
reason to sell them at a loss.

According to 'The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich', the author was with
Adolph during the rise and fall, only Hitler knew the plan until the
imminenet invasion of Poland.

Prior to 1933, the typical German pay check had to be taken home in a
wheel-barrow, inflation was so high. After the start of Nazi war materials
production, that changed for the better.

No, instead they were given money and aid to rebuild by their former
enemy, the USA. (The Marshall Plan)

There was nothing to buy...save for some forclosed real estate abandoned
by those who were overseas...

If we didn't have to supply the rest of the world with that stuff, there
would have been plenty to go around.

Not much. It took a year or two for the factories to re-tool for regular
porduction. The auto makers didn't produce any new cars until 1946 and
they were made from tooling that was moth balled in 1941...
