Keeper's published guidelines.

I relisted an echo after it had been deleted from the echolist and that
was considered 'hijcking' by the former moderator and the users of the
echo. I think the users were sympathizing with the former moderator as he
was a clutz and could get nothing right.

Yes, he had a history of not moderating in FN_SYSOP which gave everyone a
hint as to how this echo would fare.

It would probably be better, if Shannon had the time to watch over this
echo. However, when it's needed, he has risen to the occasion. Not that
the reason was valid mind you, just that the general consensus was against
the idea of a 'celebration'...

Now watch the Zone Two jackass' overlook the reasoning in that and jump
right on the statement about thier echolist.

Yes, 'should be' ... had he successfully elisted the echo and performed
just a little bit of his moderator duties, the echo wouldn't reflect his
inemptness. (for Drummonds information, there are no guidelines for a
moderator, but there are the rules published by a moderator - those are
the tools each moderator uses to moderate their echoes)
