It's getting real amuzing.....the last election for the moderator of FN_SYSOP
was conducted in violation of the echo's published rules.  Given that precident
was set, a new election wouldn't have to follow the current published rules,
and therefore one wouldn't have to have an election to see if there was to be
an election.

In fact, now that the echo has set the standard of no respect for previous
rules and previous moderators, one could make the case that the candidate who
presents the most attractive Christmas wreath, the largest codpiece or the
dildo with the longest lasting battery becomes moderator.

Based on the election that put the current moderator in place, the current
moderator might have no control over a new election.
