Actually Paul and others already have. For some reason they think that
their countries are somehow under the thumb of US copyright law, a figment
of their over stimulated imagination for sure.

You'll (not you per se') see the copyright agitators mention the RIAA and
BREIN, two entities that chase down copyright violators and bring them to
court with lawsuits. The lawsuits are based on international copyright
treaties, which most members of the EU, Australia, NZ and the US
are parties too.

BTW, BRIEN is the Dutch equivalent to the RIAA, not entirely a US thing
filing lawsuits om the pirates over there, but a Dutch thing.
