Part of the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND:

Article II, Section I, Clause IV

ELIGIBILITY FOR OFFICE OF PRESIDENT

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United
States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be
eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be
eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of
thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the
United States."

Naturally, THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND trumps whatever "law" you quoted.

The U.S. Constitution says quite plainly that if an individual has
not been born on U.S. soil, that individual is not eligible to serve
as president or vice president.

Since there is no precedence of that ever having happened (aside from
some very early presidents), there are no valid statutes relevant to
the issue.  Of course, someday somebody who was not born on U.S. soil
might get elected president or vice president.  And then the courts
will decide the constitutional question as to whether he/she meets the
qualifications to hold office.

You might want to rethink that "natural born Citizen" part, and
wonder why Arnold Schwarzenegger is not eligible to serve as president
or vice president.  And then ask yourself if we should amend the U.S.
Constitution so that folks like Arnold Schwarzenegger can hold the
office of president or vice president.
