The walls and dikes in and around New Orleans were built several decades ago.
Cat 5 storms only hit the area once in a 100 years or so. George Bush had
nothing to do with the building of the walls and dikes because they were built
*LONG* before he entered politics.

You are in error. The troops were sent in to secure the oil fields so we didn't
have the thousands of oil well fires like in 1991.

The museums and other historic sites were looted long before our troops entered
Bahgdad. How were they supposed to secure places they had no control over until
the looting happened?
