Already low sodium.
Did that years ago when I sat in a supermarket blood pressure testing
station.
I got it down fine.
I use spices, sauces, onions and garlic instead of salt.

The heck with alcohol.
Last trip with that was like reliving the stroke.
This from a long time big drinker.

I reduced the salt.
I really don't want to know about things I cannot control.

I really want to crawl off to the Linux echo and study to be a nerd.

I started out being a nerd, a sickly one.
I grew to 6'3" by the age of 13 and later 6'6"
I became a biker.
Now I very much wish to be a nerd again.

Being a biker is 94 percent stupidity.
One percent pulling peoples cans out of the fire.
Five percent glory.
The five percent not worth the 94 IMO.
In any case not practical today even with a sidecar.
