At one time, long before the backbones were fighting, any listed moderator
had the authority to represent the echo. That's what co-mods are/were for.
When the listed moderator wasn't available, the co-mod did the job.

How do you know he's had the balls to even suggest that someone be cut
from their feed of this or any other echo?
