I cannot recall the events surrounding this... perhaps it happened while I was
absent, but if true, one must ask how can you get users without some level of
recognition..

Use the echolist as a description repository for echoes; that is it.  I've seen
hubs use the excuse for arbitrary support of it saying things like "I don't
have time to resolve a dispute by reading an echo". Hogwash... For all the
years I have moved mail, I have handled less than half a dozen feed cuts... In
fact, I bet its less than that since I can only remember a few cases where I
had to get involved at all.

I've already seen how the NAB responds.  It responds to whatever request it
shares the most allegiance.
