The "assume" part related to him having Ed's phone number. Perhaps i should 
have said "Since Ross Cassell has announced in our local echo that he 
is a member of Docsplace and posts in our local echo. He _does_ have 
all the avenues i have to alert Ed to any pressing problem".

That's right just 1. So why did you CC Ross Cassell at the same time?
Did you expect Ed Koon was not going to be responsive? Were you
gazing into your crystal ball?

So explain why you sent a CC to Ross Cassell at the same time as your
one and only netmail?

What i see is a setup job between you and Cassell to cut Docsplace
users from this echo.

Because Ross Cassell's action effectively blocked all our users from
this echo. Who is to say he won't pull the same stunt on any echo
of his choosing?

At first Ed did comply by blocking Wayne from the entire backbone.
Once he had become aware of the true situation he reversed his 
decision.

Now you are showing your true colours. By cutting an important part of
the thread you attempt to portray me as playing at being a mouth piece
for Ed Koon. You asked me a technical question with these words:-

I gave you the answer and if you don't like it, that's tuff shit.
