Try opening the window shades more often than the brief time you peek through
one to see if its daylight or dark. Use a clock or a wrist watch to determine

of darkening your quarters by covering the windows all hours, your eyes might
just become accustomed to daylight again.

This is a hard one. Lets deal with a few of the others first, and see if the
"massive confusion" doesn't cure itself.

Get out more. You lead a far too secluded life. Being alone with your thoughts
and dreams on a long term basis does strange things to people. Makes them
imagine all sorts of weird nonsense, especially if they're already about 7\8's
hypochondriac anyway!


WC>lots and lots of naps even after just awakening


Try getting out of bed at a regular hour every morning, stay out of bed till
at least 12 noon every day for a week. The second week, stay up till 1:pm, the
third week 2:pm, and so forth until you are getting up in the morning at
around 7:am and staying up till at least 8:pm. You need to get away from that
bed! Open a window once in awhile......air the place out! Some fresh air and
sunshine just might do something to help that "massive confusion" thingy, too.


WC>difficulty with expression


You've had that problem since I first saw your posts out here in Fido. You're
just realizing you `have' that problem. Get used to it. Its unlikely to `get
better'.


WC>numbness on right side of face

WC>right hand twisted into a claw however now rehabilitated


These two symptoms are actually related. And are pretty easily remedied.


Roll over in bed! You spend too much time sleeping on your `right side', and
its beginning to cause problems with the nerve ends in your skin on that side.


WC>No loss of speech
WC>apparently not permanent.


Maybe you rolled over involuntarily, and the parts of your hand and face that
went numb could get blood circulation again after your weight got off of them.


WC>There is a movie called "The Hospital" with George C. Scott and
WC>Diana Rigg.
WC>They work in some kind of big building with sick people.


Here is probably a large part of your "out of body experience" thing;

You watch too many movies.

You haven't had any stroke. What you had was a `panic attack'. Your
hypochondria is getting worse......it doesn't go over as easily as it used to,
more and more people are begining to see that you're just a hopeless
hypochondriac, and as that realization is beginning to sink in with you, it
has caused you to panic, and you dreamed up this `stroke' crapola!


Get real!
