     I normally would not start a fight but would not have a problem with
defending my home. But, if someone were to threaten my family and I feared for
their life or wellbeing. I would end that person. I would have to live
with and be responsible for that act. But for me family comes first.


     The police around here have on a number of occasions stated over the years
that if I fealt threatened enough to feel the need to shoot to make
sure that the person was in my yard or on my property. And if necessary drag
them into my yard. I don't know if I would go that far though as such an act
as to shoot and kill someone would be as a last resort. And no, I wouldn't
shoot to just wound them.
