Fair is fair, right?  I just love the double standard of people in Fidonet
today.  They complain about copyrights yet I know they share software they
should not.  They complain about ISP use policies but violate them too.  I fail
to see how one can should trust someone who does not honor a user agreement (an
ISP use policy) any more than someone who allegedly violates a copyright.

If you want to have an ethical network you can start by washing your hands and
begin by passing "judgement" in equal weight.  Judge those you do not like by
the same standards as everyone else.  Until then, if you cannot handle it then
perhaps you should stay out of the discussion altogether.

The issue I raised is no different but you whine like a bitch because someone
you favor might get "hurt" even though they are doing something they are not
supposed to be.  I say too bad.

Besides, since we all care about property and rights of the owner, imagine how
much money these ISPs could gain if the sysops running servers would pay the
commercial rates their use policies demand?  Here are my favorite quotes:
