The dogs are different, in slightly different poses, different things in 
their mouth, different colors, heck -- it looks nothing like TJ's original 
dog with a disk  My site is named after "Fido", i.e. Dogs.  I love dogs and 
I help rescue dogs from batter homes, homeless dogs, etc.  But, you are 
certainly entitled to your own opinion.

What do you guys to do a BBS Sysop that does cost recovery of some kind? 
Here in Zone 1, we don't do anything to them.  We let them run their BBS 
however they would like to.

That's certainly true about shipping costs.  I wouldn't have any idea how 
much it would be, but I'm sure it would be high.  However, where else can 
you can an authentic FidoTel shirt or Coffee mug?  They are collectors items 
ya know..:)

I did...   I'll submit it shortly -- assuming that Bjorn's mailer is working

Why not?  Users aren't required to give anything.  However, if they feel so 
inclined as to provide a donation from the link I have within the BBS on the 
main menu or purchase something in the store, that provides them with more 
door registrations, games, Email upgrades and features.  I'm a single parent 
with a low paying job (which I love) and a full time collage student.  I 
need all the funds I can get.  Besides, my cost recovery plan has afforded 
me the following hardware over the last 2 months:  2 brand new dual Athlon 
FX-55 computers.  One of which has a hauppage capture card (250), ATI 9800 
(256ram).  Both machines have 4 gigs ram, and four 200gig WD SATA HD's -- 2 
of which are configured in a RAID. The cost was high, but I was "zero" 
dollars out of pocket.  Cost recovery is 'nice'... :)

Well -- some users "love doorgames".  Others like all the services that I 
put together into one package, while some just feel comfortable coming over 
to read their mail over the web.
