So any picture of any kind of dog with anything resembling any kind of 
computer part in it's mouth is the artistic property (or should be) of TJ? 
I'm (obviously) being cynical here.  Look -- if he would be so inclined to 
ask me to remove the graphic himself, I'd be happy to discuss it with him. 
However, it no more resembles the original graphic than I resemble Brad 
Pitt.

Anything with Fido in it must be "Fidonet" property then..  But, since 
Fidonet isn't an entity capable of owning anything, than it can't be ... can 
it?  What came first, the word Fido or Fidonet?  This conversation is kind 
of comical, wouldn't you say?

Your opinion... But, you know what they say about opinions -- and we all 
have one...

What did you mean regarding the "dim view" ?

During the summer we sell bottled water at the beach and make a ton of money

I leave that up to the company that handles my merchandise. It's between 
them and the consumer.

Perhaps you could grow a really really (really) nice garden and charge entry 
fees for tours.  Same idea, different medium.

I do offer more services than other BBS's that I'm aware of, more 
interesting content, and such.  Obviously enough to attract a good sum of 
donations.

Sure, but building a business model for cost recovery is actually obtainable 
by anyone with the initiative and drive. One is only limited by their 
business practice, education and imagination.  Read the history of AOL.  It 
started as a lowly BBS and 3 programmers.
