Kentucky was a territory of he US in the very first part of the 19th
centure. Daniel Boone ventured forth before any other white man. FYI, the
Constitution also covers US territory.

Wrong...most of those people who don't know why it's there would say this.
The other reason they say this is because they don't understand English.

So there are polar bears in Scandinavia...Norway being part of it.

I wouldn't go Polar Bear hunting with that minisquel 7.92mm round. If you
hit him, you're libal to piss him off and then he rips your head off.

This is untrue. I've been camping and hunting in many National Forests and
have never had to carry such things. (they do greet you at the entrance
and will give you that information, if it were required. It isn't.

I've even camped in those forests, had Park Rangers and Game Wardens come
by and all they want to check are hunting license' and to see if you've
remembered to unload your firearms when in camp.
