ISTR the late colonel's secretary was interviewed about those documents.  IIRC
she said she did not recall typing or even seeing them but (and this is the
part
the right wing leaves out) to the best of her recollection the information in
them
was correct.

Years ago he had some leftish journalist scheduled to be on his program.  He
did the lead in and everything and started the interview.  Said interview
didn't
go the way O'Reilly liked so he stopped it, and started the whole show over
from the beginning - *without* said journalist.  The only place I read about it
was in the journalist's column.
