When do I get my luxury salary?

And all US citizens used to do the dirty/physically demanding/poorly
paid tasks and jobs in the past. But I suppose that we, and all
countries, have grown above that. But wait! That means that there can
be no "lower class" people since all should consider themselves to be
above others.

Sorry, your argument may be factual, but it sucks.
