Are you saying that the government controls the 'use' of plutonium?
Well duhhhh! That would be like firearms: Everyone has the freedom to
choose to own or not to own a firearm, but those people also give the
government, at least here, the authority to regulate firearms. In Holland,
you don't have that freedom of choice, nor are your freedoms guaranteed by
a government by the people, for the people.

Of course we all know that your method of arguement is to throw in a
totally unrelated subject, just to have your way. see above.

I run a nuclear power plant.

If one owns a nuclear power plant, 238 PU is available to the people who
run the plant. There is a legtimate use of plutonium. OTH, if you build
nuclear weapons, then 244 PU is made available. Not to mention that some
of the space probes have been powered by it. The people who make those
probes are also allowed to have it.
