We were talking about the treaty the USA signed with Cuba in 1903 and
re-affirmed in 1934, please do pay attention.

I have never questioned your ability to address your govt, whether you really
bother is another story, but whether or not you do or would, is your
perogative, not mine.

In such a scenario, I doubt your govt would give a shit if such a treaty had no
effect on them.

International Pressure is so over-rated, as evidenced with Gulf War One, when
no amount of sanctions, pressure or diplomacy could oust Iraq out of Kuwait.

I also believe that the Serbs were quite defiant of such pressure during the
NATO actions in the 90's.

You are overrating yourself here.
