and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the full text of
which appears in the following pages. Following this historic act the
Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the
Declaration and "to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and
expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions,
without distinction based on the political status of countries or
territories."

That the US followed these instructions, is as much as the US was
obligated to do. since she has her own rules and regs that are more than
equal to and which supercede any UN document.

Article 1 doesn't seem to apply anywhere in the world, including Europe.

Article 2 Does not apply to 'enemy combantants' per the Geneva Convention,
Article 44, sections 3 and 4 of the 1977 First Additional Protocol to the
Geneva Conventions, "relating to the Protection of Victims of
International Armed Conflicts and Article 37.1.c that "the feigning of
civilian, non-combatant status" shall constitute perfidy and is prohibited
by the Geneva Conventions.

Article 5 does not apply to any state that has agreed to this document,
and are not liable for the individual acts of cruelty, accept for
prosecution of said individuals.

Article 6 does not apply as it has not been violated by the US.

Article 9 applys to law abiding persons. War criminals, terrorists and/or
enemy combantants per the articles stated above.

Article 10 does not apply to war criminals.

Article 12 only applys to legally documented travelers who are subject to
the laws of any state they wish to visit from Angola or Belgium to
Zimbabwe.

Article 18 does not apply to the US, where such freedoms are guaranteed by
the Constitution, which supercedes The Universal Declaration of Human
Rights in this country.
