Actually, in space there is a big difference, as the body is used to
having 15psi pressure on it at all times while on earth. Take that body
out of it's element and a lot of things change and not necessarily for
the good.

You have to understand that although the pressure inside that plane was
15psi, the little 9mm hole had 600mph air rushing past it. The 2.7lb
pressure difference between the hole size and that of the outside air
didn't matter, since the hole was only .358 sq/inches.

Hole size matters. If that were a window sized hole, there would have been
a whole new problem to worry about; how to stay out of the air stream
rushing out of that hole.
