    The "Trap" is in your mind Michael. The US law enforcement agency
provided the opportunity. The decision to take advantage of that
opportunity was made by Blom. No one forced or coerced Blom. He made
the decision to travel to the US and knowingly violate US law. Is it
so unreasonable to expect someone to be responsible for their actions?
Especially when those actions are knowingly illegal?

    If you have a law there that someone chooses to break. Is it so
unreasonable to hold that someone responsible?

    We have laws here that some people come to the US to knowingly
violate. We have laws here to protect our children. If someone travels
to the US and acts or conspires to have sex with little kids they will
be arrested and jailed. It isn't the thinking about the act that is
the crime. It is when someone acts upon their intent to knowingly break
the law.
