    Actually you call things what you choose to call them.

     True. But the person has to CHOOSE to take the bait. If the person
knows that taking the bait is criminal they are making their decision
based on their own desire.

    Absolutely. If you decide something or decide to take action on something
you decide to do. You are the one making the decision Michiel. Blom made
the decision on his own to knowingly break the law. All your reasoning will
not change that basic concept. Blom made the decision to break the law and was
held responsible for his actions. Your view doesn't change that one little
bit.

    If I set my bicycle outside to see if someone will take it. Besides
acting dumb am I entraping someone? If someone walks by and steals my bicycle.
Shouldn't they be held responsible for their decision and their action of
stealing my bicycle?

    But the crime wasn't commited there was it?? The law there doesn't
apply. The reverse also applies. If someone travels there to your country
and breaks the law there in your country. They would be held responsible
for their actions would they not? And rightly so.

    The definition there in your country doesn't apply Michiel.

     But not here Michiel. Here is where the crime was commited and here
is where the perpatrator was arrested.

    In your mind Michiel. You are free to have whatever opinon you
choose. Your hatred is starting to show again Michiel. You are so
blinded by hate and dislike that you simply refuse to consider
anything that doesn't speak negatively of the US. When I see a post
from you I usually wonder what negative comment you fill come up with
next. <sigh>
