Not at all.  You don't seem to read and understand what you are writing.

You just made a statement which assumes facts not in evidence.  You
claim that you will not accept things until you can view the evidence,
but yet you make such statements anyhow.   You say "They broke the law
of the country they visited" and yet you do not have any idea what law
they broke, nor even that they visited North Korea at all.

You are parroting their statements, without even having seen any
evidence.  *THAT* is your problem.

You are twisting the truth again here.  The legal system did not invite
anyone to commit a crime.  The invitation came from the criminal.

You ignore the fact that he did come to the US on his own initiative and
demonstrated intent to commit a crime.

Which is possibly what happened in Korea, but you accept their actions
without question.

You are wrong -- by your own reasoning.  If he had been offered sex, it
would have been entrapment and the case would have been thrown out.  If
he was encouraged to commit a crime, the case would have been thrown
out.  He was convicted, ergo neither of those things were true according
to the evidence as presented to the court.

You still ignore the fact that it WAS his own initiative, and that he
made the invitation -- not the other way around as you keep claiming.
