Maybe that is the real reason why Sarah Palin is resigning as
governor of Alaska.  She wants to run for President of the United
State of Alaska.

What we have today is a house built of cards.  It won't take
long for the house to crumble once a few cards have been removed.

The current population of New Orleans is down by 178,000 people,
with a total of 312,000 remaining, a bit more than half of them black.
If another hurricane similar to Katrina were to hit New Orleans the
population of the city will become under 100,000.  The metropolitan
area might be somewhat larger, at about 150,000.  A far cry from days
pre-Katrina.

Why work when you don't have to?  The way I look at it, that is the
way every person on the face of this planet should live his/her life.
Not just in this hemisphere.
