That is another of your lies.  What I said was that modern US
aircraft carriers and large cargo ships (supertankers) could not
routinely traverse the Strait of Hormuz until the first Persian Gulf
War, when President George H.W. Bush ordered a navigational channel
to be dredged in the Strait.  What part of that statement did you not
understand?  I have repeated it numerous times.  How many more times
do I have to repeat myself before you finally get the picture?

Supertankers is an informal term which is used to describe
the largest tankers in the world - Very Large Crude Carriers
(VLCCs) and Ultra Large Crude Carriers (ULCCs).  That is to
say tankers with a capacity over 250,000 DWT (deadweight).

Those supertankers could not traverse the Strait of Hormuz
prior to the first Persian Gulf War because the Strait of Hormuz
is too shallow.  Not only could they not do so on a routine basis,
but they could not do so at all - even unloaded.

What you are referring to are smaller tankers, those tankers
that once were referred to as supertankers, but no longer are.
The capacity of those ships was usually less than 80,000-120,000
DWT, the largest less than 200,000 DWT.

The smallest tankers have capacities under 10,000 DWT, and are
mainly used near coastal and inland waterways, such as travel
up the Mississippi River.

Did Iraq export oil via oil tankers prior to the first Persian
Gulf War?  Yes.  But not by using supertankers, as doing so would
have been defying the laws of physics.  Once a navigational channel
had been dredged it became possible.  But not before then.

Now you know the real reason why George H.W. Bush ordered an
invasion of Iraq (as well as GWB's subsequent invasion of the
same country).  It had nothing to do with repelling Iraq from
Kuwait, but everything to do with oil.  Big Oil.
