Seems pretty clear to me now. If there actually is child porn on any of TPB's
servers, they'b be closed down already and the responsible persons held for
questioning. It has been a year since the last failed attempt so the recording
indutrie's lpbby apparently thought it was time for some heavy leaning again.

Like last year, it will come to nothing of course...

What I do not like about such agreements is that it is not an independent judge
who decides what sites get on that blacklist, but just the police. A scenario
that is begging to be misused for censorship.

Obviously. PB would be off-line by now if there was any proof against them.
